Go to the beach today, lay down in thousands of sand rocks and mineral particulars, look up onto the sky, make a sand angel and breath in all the beauty that's around you.

Roll in the grass, smell it, grab it, get upside down, have fun with the fun thats around you. Get naked, and jump in the cold fresh snow, dance in the rain, be a fish in the water, be a bird in the forest, be you. 

Go outside, please look around you with your heart. Nature gives so much!
