My incredible, adorable and most amazing yoga teacher Malia Hilliard.
Thank you for open your arms, heart and soul for both me and my boy friend and for having taught  us so much about everything between heaven and earth.

I enjoyed every single class with Malia and her positive, and very warm energy. Her way of teaching yoga is personal and you feel like home, you feel safe. Malia have a beautiful soul and Im so lucky that I got to spend some time with her and that she shared her wisdom of yoga,life and love with us. She really help you to find your own way in your practice and believes in you. If you somehow go to one of her retreats or classes (which you will love) ask her to be so kind to sing for you in Savasana, she got a beautiful voice and it was lovely to finish your class with her soft tones vibrating through your body, I had goosebumps every time.

One of my favorite songs, the lyrics is very beautiful and blows my mind away.
Close your eyes and listen to the song and let the colors of the wind blow you away to a place where you feel grounded, a place where you can find yourself and be it. Stay there for a while, get stronger, get more emotional, get happier and feel the place that's around you this present moment. Get one with it. 
When you can see and paint all the colors of the wind clearly, and whenever your ready, bring it back to your everyday life. Open up your eyes with your heart. Let you be you, be the person you are. Live your life through your own heart not through anyone els eyes. 

If you ever start loosing it, get back to that place, your place and bring it back.

Roll in the grass, smell it, grab it, get upside down, have fun with the fun thats around you. Get naked, and jump in the cold fresh snow, dance in the rain, be a fish in the water, be a bird in the forest, be you. 

Go outside, please look around you with your heart. Nature gives so much! 
Promise yourself to be more with nature, give back, appreciate it more, take care of it and love it.

Now, I'm of to Mexico on a adventure with yoga retreat, hard practice but easy living with my funny one and get weirder and crazier. 

We are gonna spread some looooove!

Knowledge it's a word most people today get stressed out about, a word that we see as a competition. Who knows most of history, culture, fashion, sports, mathematics, gossip or other stuff media or this society wants us to know about.  But is that really knowledge?

Knowledge for me is not something you have to read about or study to understand and you don't have to know what the society trying to brainwash you with, through most of the time news or other types of

media.

Knowledge is something different, it's is to know how to get away from that. Knowledge is about you. About your control of your soul. 

Know that everything you're going through right now is a blessing, even the though stuff. You are blessed with challenges to help you grow, to evolve, to learn more about yourself and realize what's is important. So what ever is bothering you, let it go.  Right here, right now. 

LET. IT. GO.

Learn from it, Its happening for a reason, let it make you stronger. Be the sun, take the energy and rise. Let life teach you instead of the society . It will show you knowledge, just enjoy the ride, it is challenging, life is gonna test you, but you will grow and you will be fine as long as you let go.

And when it doubt or gets way to hard, might help to tilt your head back and gaze to the sky, whisper to yourself or sing out loud 

"it's a wonderful world we live in". 

You are life, you are knowledge. 

But only if you let it.

Fantastical Frank is just a flexible ball of energy, his classes are always very different and fun! You always push yourself and believe you can go further which is awesome!
